Willa is an Associate at Grove Partners, where she collaborates with senior team members to develop campaign strategies, conducts in-depth research, crafts concise written materials, and supports client relations. She first joined Grove Partners as an intern before transitioning into her current role.
Willa graduated from Boston University in May 2024 with a B.A. in International Relations, concentrating on foreign policy and security studies. Her academic journey culminated in an honors thesis exploring the impact of artificial intelligence on international power dynamics.
Beyond the classroom, Willa gained hands-on experience in local governance and civic engagement through her work at Boston City Hall and honed her understanding of healthcare policy while supporting a healthcare-focused nonprofit. During her semester abroad in Madrid, she interned at a nonprofit dedicated to educational innovation and leadership development, furthering her global perspective. Willa speaks Spanish and a Boston native.
