Hannah Uchno is a Vice President at Grove Partners, where she leads and supports various client campaign workstreams. She works closely with senior leadership and client teams to develop clear narratives, coordinate stakeholder engagement, and translate strategy into action.
Prior to Grove, Hannah worked as a Workforce Strategy Consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), where she supported large-scale cultural, operational, and digital transformations for clients ranging from Fortune 500 companies to pre-IPO startups. In that role, she especially enjoyed leading communications and engagement efforts to align teams with competing priorities and help prepare thousands of employees for change.
Hannah’s work is grounded in a long-standing commitment to civic engagement and human-centered problem solving. She spent several summers volunteering with the American Legion Auxiliary’s Girls State program, supporting young women in experiential learning around government, advocacy, and democratic participation. She holds a B.S. in Cognitive Science and Education from Yale University, where she conducted research on decision-making under uncertainty and was actively involved in several initiatives supporting neurodivergent students.
