The Challenge

Cable & Wireless Communications (now Liberty Caribbean) — a subsidiary of Liberty Latin America and one of the largest telecommunications companies in Latin America and the Caribbean — approached Grove Partners to partner on an internal project to better articulate the values, story, and impact of the organization across all its markets.

What We Did

We developed a campaign to help create a common internal cultural language across the 24 countries where they operate and coalesce all employees behind one cohesive identity. We facilitated focus groups across B2B and B2C markets to achieve internal alignment and buy-in on campaign strategy. Incorporating stakeholder feedback and iterative updating, we designed a next generation corporate identity that represented the new company vision, strategic goals, and overarching narratives. This also required the creation of new company materials and collateral including logos, videos, pitch-decks, email templates, and content calendars. We kicked off the internal communications and strategy work during a successfully orchestrated meeting of nearly 300 senior leadership members, an event we supported in strategic planning and execution.
